			<title>Welcome to FYF 101 at Wilkes!</title>
			<description>Why do some cities thrive and others fail?&amp;nbsp; What makes for a
&quot;liveable&quot; city?&amp;nbsp; We will consider these questions and many more as
we explore together the streets and structures of downtown Wilkes-Barre
over the next few months.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
This will probably be the only non-music course you will ever take that is centered around a song: Petula Clark&apos;s 1964 hit &lt;span style=&quot;font-style: italic;&quot;&gt;Downtown.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;However, no musical ability is required for the course (nor will I demonstrate any).&lt;br&gt;</description>
