160 second (20 x 8 sec.) exposure using the PC camera with Dave Allmon's QCV2 software on the 8" Newtonian.  For this image, the air cooling fan was running.  My goal was to assess the degree to which vibration from the fan affected image quality.

Dark frame processing, image alignment, and stacking was done with Dave Allmon's DarkGen program.
Final processing performed with Photoshop.

120 second (10 x 12 sec.) exposure using the PC camera with Dave Allmon's QCV2 software on the 8" Newtonian.
This image run began with 20 exposures, but due to the longer exposure time, several frames reveal drift and were deleted.  10 frames finally survived.

Dark frame processing, image alignment, and stacking was done with Dave Allmon's DarkGen program.
