Internal PowerThe focus of this page is on inner strength. One can achieve inner strength via different types of discipline or internal arts. Yoga which originated from India, is an example of a practice that builds internal strength and balance. Of course, yoga also builds the spirit, and as many yogi will tell you, yoga connects the mind, body and spirit.Another practice that serves to build internal strength comes from China. Taoism considered by some as a religion, by others as a Philosophy, and yet by others as a form of Internal martial arts.
Positive change can be brought about in many forms. In terms of using internal energy for these changes, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a recent technique that has been used to help people lose weight, stop smoking, reduce stress, reduce pain, and many other problems.
