Courses
Absences and Late Arrival to Lecture and Lab will figure significantly into the final grade in your courses. Please turn off all cell phones during lecture and lab periods. I urge you to arrive at class on time and ready for work. Courses that I am teaching in the Fall 2007 semester are Ocean Science (EES 230) and Restless Earth: Fundamentals of Oceanography (EES 105). Please visit the course that you enrolled in by clicking on the link which will take you to the new Wilkes CE6 web secure site. You will find useful information about schedules, course outlines, assignments, and forthcoming labs, quizzes, and/or tests at the site. "To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate beauty; to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better whether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition; to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded." by Albert Schweitzer
