DATA Plugin for Surveys or Essays
DATA can be used for surveys by creating a test that is not graded.
Click on DATA in the Editors Only menu. Click on "Create a new survey for XXX" next to your category.
Enter the survey questions with desired reponses (sample below):
1. The service I received was
A. Most Desirable
B. Somewhat Desirable
C. Average
D. Below Average
E. Abysmal
2. Why do you think you received that type of service?
3. More questions
Questions with lettered responses will become radio button choices. Questions without responses (as in #2 above) will have a text box where free response can be typed.
Modify the response in the second box and click on the Send button.
On the resulting page, click on Try Survey. Or at any time, click on DATA in the Editors Only menu, then click on the name of your survey to take it. Once you have taken the survey, check out the response page and the format of the results.
