DATA Plugin Set Parameters
Number of submissions allowed per username (Zero means no limit)
Used to limit the number of submissions per username (Thus, you want to choose Only members allowed with login or Access allowed only to the following users: below).
Zero means they can take the test as many times as they want (including using the Back button after seeing the answers, but you will see multiple entries in the answer file).
Warning: setting this to 1 will cause the user to receive an error response if they double click on the Send button (a common error).
Report formula errors
Usually leave this checkbox on.
Report missing fields from response form
Turn off for surveys (where grades are not used).
Choose one of the below:
Anyone allowed without login
Good for surveys or tests when you do not care to know who took them.
Only members allowed with login
Restricts the test to members of the Manila site.
Access allowed only to the following users:
List of users who can take the test (may not be all the possible members). Also, you can click on the link labelled Get a list of members.
All computers allowed
Any computer can be used to take the test.
Access allowed only to the following computers:
Only computers whose IP number is on this list can be used to take the test. Can be used to restrict access to the test to on-campus use or to a particular lab or even a single computer.
