makeMembers plugin use
As a Managing Editor of a Manila site, this is how you enable and use the makeMembers plugin:
- In the Editors Only menu, go to Prefs > Plug-ins. Click on the checkbox next to makeMembers and Submit .
- Newly appearing in the Editors Only menu, click on the makeMembers menu item.
- Paste in a tab delimited list of new members.
- Choose from 1 of 4 formats for the data.
- Check the box if you want a welcome message sent to each member.
- Set the member privileges for each member popup.
- Check the box and choose a length if you wish random passwords to be generated.
- Click Submit. A status page indicating which members were created will be returned.
